Alisha Hopper, MHA, MGA — Executive Director

Alisha has been instrumental in leading the organization from its formative stage into a sustainable and visionary organization. With over 18 years of professional experience within business, pharmaceutical and healthcare administration, Alisha is committed to continued education. She has participated in comprehensive educational seminars including programs at St. Louis University Medical Center; University of California, San Francisco Medical Center; Stanford University Medical Center; and University of Southern California Medical Center.

Alisha currently serves as the Chair of Mosaic Medical Board of Directors (formerly Ochoco Health System) a not-for-profit organization established in 2002 to provide comprehensive primary care services to the citizens of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson Counties (www.mosaicmedical.org). Alisha has been a member of Communities Joined in Action since 2007 (www.cjaonline.net) and is currently working to establish a CJA State of Oregon affiliate. The mission of CJA is to mobilize and assist community health collaboratives to assure better health for all people at less cost.

Her formal educational includes a B.S. in Health Science with a minor in Health Services from California State University, Fresno, California; a Master of Health Administration; and a Master of Geriatric Health from A.T. Still University, School of Health Science in Kirksville, Missouri.
